Note 6 chairs, 4 barstools, 2 nightstands. Kitchen table, night stands and dresser all have glass on top of them. Pickup on 4th floor of condo building, freight elevator available.

Pick-up location is ground floor. Delivery location is in gated condo community on 2nd floor (technically 3rd with parking on ground). Elevator is available.  

 

 

 

Weight is an estimate. Item is at a residence, so early AM or later evening pickups are possible.

Pick up window is not flexible-- those are dates we are at the pick up location. For drop off, we just need a day or so advance notice so that we can plan to work from home and be there for drop off. When dropping off, will need to call so we can let you in. Pick up is from a ground floor location. Drop off is to a basement apartment, down one short flight of stairs. Weight is estimate-- I don't imagine it's higher, might be lower.

This piece is packed and ready to ship. All that is needed is a hand truck for delivery. We are looking for a shipper who can handle our Northwest deliveries in the area to and around WA,OR, ID,MT, ect.  

Blanket wrap. Delivery during daylight hours, front door drop off. 24 hour call ahead and 2 hour call ahead when in range for both pick up and delivery. Immediate payment release upon receipt of Digital photos of item in place ( and a picture of the house address) to confirm delivery as this is a customer and I need proof item was safely delivered. Safe travels!  

BED IS ONLY MATTRESS, HOME IS VERY BARE WITH NOT MUCH IN IT. NO DRESSERS, NO BEDROOM FURNITURE.  

2 small steps leading out to a patio pick up, seller says it can be easily moved with a dolly. Flat driveway drop off anytime. Can be delivered same day or within 2 weeks of pick up.
