Delivered to San Francisco at your typical city home with steps into home and 1 large staircase straight up with one sharp turn into bedroom. This job is for 2 strong skilled movers. Dresser is long 82" and will likely have to be stood up in order to get into bedroom. Dresser has been blanket wrapped with 3 moving blankets and extensively shrink wrapped. If you are injured, by yourself, or intend on using home depot helpers this is not job for you. Looking for confident skilled crew that communicates well. Need to move furniture for one bedroom. Total of x3 furniture items (double dresser, side table & full size bed-frame & mattress. Maybe x1-2 medium boxes at most. I would load boxes and side table, only need help with dressor & bedframe. Very straight forward local move. Travel time between locations about 35 minutes.

Must be licensed and insured. Must carry cargo insurance. Must insure the piece for the full value of $2400 in the event of a total loss. Can offer assistance at pick up. First floor blanket wrapped shipping. Client is required to assist at delivery.  

I am only available Monday 7/8/24 for pick up. My house is 3 miles from the White Marsh exit of 95. Delivery is an apartment.
