Pick up from residence in gated community. Drop off to residence.  

 

Only 1 driver will be needed. All items are small except the table base, which is bulky/larger. A person will be able at both the pickup location as well as the delivery location to assist with loading/unloading the table base. The pickup location is a furniture store (no loading dock). The delivery location is a residence.  

Pickup and delivery dates are flexible. 2 chairs have side arms and 6 chairs don't have arms. This is a wood table with chippendale legs and they are removable.  

All items are in a locked storage unit. Please call when you are about 15 minutes away and someone will meet you to let you into the storage unit. No stairs at pickup or delivery (will go in garage). Will need help with large dining room table and China cabinet (only up 5-7ish stairs).  

Pick up address is a street level residence...delivery address is NYC building with elevators...we have some minor wiggle room as to both pick up and delivery dates...  

Table is already assembled but can be taken apart relatively easily if necessary.  

 

 

Pick up from Roland auction house in Glen Cove New York (during business hours) and deliver to the east side of Cleveland Ohio.  

 

 

The shipment is: *Heavy dining room table 62"x36" and 31" high, around 300 lbs plus 2 extra leaves 15"x36" *4 chairs at about 20 lbs each *1 hanging lamp about 20 lbs. No stairs at pickup or delivery end. Fine furniture will require careful handling please  

 

Move table to beach house. The legs have been disassembled from the table top. The table top and glass top are wrapped and strapped together. This will be going to the 2nd level of the home. We have a cargo lift in the home, and the table should fit in it. It will require at least 2 people to move this table, as the top is very heavy.  

Looking for a Monday 2/27 pickup. Deliver / drop off is flexible.  

 

Table is broken down and parts are wrapped in bubble wrap.  

There are two boxes as per the photos. As you can see there is no wrapping or packaging required. It is a new purchase (dining room table) being returned to the seller. Consist of metal base/legs and wooden top.
