Part of the height measurement includes the 4 chairs (30 lbs each chair so 1/2 of the total weight is individual chairs which are easy to pick up) stack sideways on top of the table but they could also sit at the table as they might normally and then the height would be closer to 3 feet. They could also just go into the trailer individually in random openings. Also, there is a dresser, mirror, bed frame (headboard & footboard), night stand, chairs, small desk, and a few miscellaneous items.

No special care needed for furniture. I'll wrap the glass top on the desk. Building in SF has a massive garage w/ loading dock and moving elevator. Drop off in LA will be a first floor apartment w/ minimal steps (less than 3 steps). In a perfect world, pick up would be Dec 19th and drop off Dec 20th or 21st. Items: King mattress, basic king platform (inexpensive, no special care), glass top work desk w/ light metal frame, rolling desk chair, light bench, and very small loveseat. No item takes more than 2 guys to lift. If there is discount to helping you load and unload, I would be interested.

All items will be boxed & ready to be packed in a car. I have 1 queen bed, a desk, 2 bedside tables, & a dresser. Other than those pieces, there is no large furniture and only boxes and suitcases.  

- Please Call 30 mins Before You Arrive for Both Locations. - The Desk Is One Piece. - There is no one to help load or unload. - Must be moved, loaded, unloaded and placed all by shipper. *** Weight is Approx (We estimated a high weight) *** NO STEPS but a couple 1 or 2 inch lips / transitions and a narrow driveway. Must be picked up and dropped off the same day. Must be picked up and dropped off during the weekday - No weekends if possible.  

We can pick up the desk anywhere within 100 miles from the delivery destination. There are a few items in the drawers and there are 2 large pictures in frames that fit easily on the top of the desk and can be included in the blanket wrap.  

The desk is 150-200 pounds. My uncle will let you in to get it and take it out but he can’t help carry it out. There’s probably 5 steps from the house to the driveway). We would need this done during the day time 11-4. You would need to let my uncle know you are on the way because he’s driving an hour to meet you and let you in and show up at the agreed time. I will have people to help unload it in New Jersey (you, me, 2 others) but not in south Carolina. Please pick a day and time you can commit to and please keep my uncle posted. Will give his number. This antique desk comes apart in 3 sections and It must be blanket wrapped and transported in an enclosed vehicle. It is available for pick up at my antique shop in Cary, NC. We are open Wed to Sat 10am to 5pm for pick up. Another time and day can be arranged but must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Thanks!  

You must have your own insurance I'm not using Uships insurance, so if you are interested, please confirm that you have your own insurance and you have proof. 2 You must have no less than 20 shipments completed and must have 90% with good feedback. 3-This item is no longer manufactured and it's in mint condition. 4- You need to be extremely careful with this item, blanket wrap with several layers, do not allow ropes or tiedowns to damage this unit. The desk needs to stay upright, do not lift the table by the top, you must lift from the bottom and place each end on dollies. Must be transported in an enclosed trailer and I would prefer that the trailer is close to the ground to make unloading simple. This item should be treated as if it is the last of its kind.
