It's an antique, so it will need to be wrapped well and is heavy. Would prefer it get brought into the house, not delivered to the curb, but I may be able to find people to help get it inside if necessary.  

 

I’m not at the location of the furniture so I don’t have the dimensions. Please see photos. I need the furniture loaded onto the truck.  

the desk consists of three parts. top and two pedestals making it easy to move. I am seeking a reputable company with great communication to deliver to my customer. The ideal company should be insured, offer excellent customer service, and maintain clear communication. Access to the delivery location involves approximately 8 stairs leading up to the front door, with the final destination being an office room on the third floor, accessible via two staircases. While there's no driveway, free street parking is available, and they will reserve a spot once the delivery date is confirmed. customer is highly flexible, as she works from home and is usually available most days and times.  

There are 31 stairs ( 3 stairs) in my pickup location and 20 stairs ( 2 stairs) in drop off location. 1 floor items - Thered mill, cloth sofa & ping pong tables. And boxes. 2 floor item - one Lether sofa, and 2 stove grill and 10 boxes 3 floor items - King bed & mattresses, queen bed & Mattresses, office desk, Chester, lamp table, Dresser and 15 boxes. As mentioned, we need you to keep the items for 12 days. Need help with dismantling mentioned items in the description of items. and loading and unloading. Other items, we will pack into boxes. I also have two cars ( Honda odyssey and sedan), Odyssey can be driven. Other requires towed. I am still looking for other options for car shipping, but please give separate quote in description if you wanted to take the cars with you as well along with mentioned item.

There is one additional small TV. This is a small student apartment and TV console is small and study desk is very small and light weight. Desk chair is also small and light weight. Bed is full size bed with no headboard and two small nightstands. Exercise bike is the one that needs special care and handling.
