2 furniture items will be wrapped and ready for shipping, chair is a very light weight chaise, desk is light weight metal.  

 

Delivery is a furniture business with loading dock and forklift on site. We have 9-5 M-F hours, but can accommodate delivery after hours if we know 1-2 days ahead.  

 

Cannot be stacked on top of. Can be loaded on its side or laid flat. Contents are packaged well but are fragile.

This unit contains mostly storage totes/bags. The larger items are the queen bedroom set, and one desk with glass top. I am looking for someone looking to make extra money coming back from FL to IL. I have had these items shipped from IL to Miami, FL for $400 in the past (they were an add-ons to a load). I am looking for someone who is reliable and won't cancel. Please do not add secret notes for extra money. Also, Please remain professional! Do not leave rude comments (as I have seen in the past) as some items in this unit belong to my deceased brother. Flexible on pickup and drop off dates. Can provide help at the drop off location.  

 

 

Pick up from Public Storage in San Pablo, CA and drop at my apartment in Sausalito, CA. Direct access to me to arrange stuff is five one zero - four three five - two nine five one If someone can pick up on the 29th or 30th and drop on the 2nd, that would be ideal as it would save a unneeded month of that storage space. Alternatively, 2nd of July for both pick up and drop off. I need some items to be blanketed/wrapped - like the metal desk frame bits. The picture shows all items outside of a few additional boxes. The bed is wood and very minimal so largest item is the mattress. Storage space has elevator. Apartment has an outdoor flight of stairs.

We are moving my Mom from North Carolina (Residential house) to Long Island, NY. (Assisted Living facility) She does not have a lot of stuff. The largest pieces are her Lazy Boy chair, small desk, office chair and a two drawer filing cabinet and computer system (monitor, keyboard, tower). She will also have 3-4, 36" boxes of cloths. No bed, no dresser. I am trying to upload photos photos now.

This piece comes apart in three pieces, Cabinet, cubbies then desk. they can be individually wrapped and stacked for a compact move.
