All items are in a storage unit and will be ready to load upon arrival. Some furniture is delicate (antique china cabinet, mirrored desk, china packed in storage containers) so care in packing is important.  

Will need to pickup inside and deliver inside. Easy access to both pickup and delivery areas. Items are as pictured in addition to; Metal frame pieces NOT pictured It's just 4 metal legs and a couple other metal frame pieces. Items NOT wrapped. Will need blankets or pads.  

Upon arrival in Minneapolis, please use alley for unloading.  

 

 

 

 

 

Call and confirm pick up date. I will provide sellers no. She can also call you. I don’t have her street number. Her street is Beacon Place. She says ‘ Reston ‘ VA 20191 but this zip states it Herndon VA She says pickup up July 24 or AFTER asap. They need their garage space back. I’m in no hurry for delivery. No need to rush it to Michigan. Deliver it to me when it’s best for the shipping firm. We can coordinate delivery in Birmingham MI Date TBD there is a waste basket. Maybe can be transported UNDER the desk in blanket. ? Heavy desk 200lbs. ??? Stealcase. Tanker desk Two men to move it was suggested in eBay description.

Larger secretary desk will be taken apart in 2 pieces. Smaller desk comes with mirror  

Please call me a day ahead of pick so that I can get it out of storage. Also, the pick up address is Harvey, IL 60426 not Phoenix. The system here isn't allowing me to change it.  

I will have the desk disassembled in 3 parts. Two glass tops and the legs. I will have the rest packed up in two boxes. The large piece of glass is heavy. Glass dimensions 36”X60” and 36”X24”  

Desk is on second floor, glass-front bookshelf is on first floor (and will be empty of books).  

Will provide number to call for pick up and will provide number to call for drop off.

Easy to take legs off and on make this very flat , less room taken on your truck. This is a heavy item, can help load in Los Angeles, but no help in Miami. COI preferred
