Cheap Desk Chair Shipping Services

I'm moving to a new apartment, only about 5-10 blocks away.  

My husband is military and we just moved to San Diego from Hawaii. We need to ship old furniture from my parents house in Michigan to our new home. Pictures coming soon! I will be willing to ship in seperate shipments if neccessary. Would like to ship in late July or early August just to be sure my husband will be in port. The desk also has a hutch (L-38 /2 in, W-10in, H-39 1/2 in, weight 50lbs approx.) and a small wooden desk chair (L-16in, H-33in, W-18in, and weight 8lbs). All weights are approximations due to not trusting my scale. If shipper has room I also have 3 large (66 qt) sterilite containers of household goods. Pickup at parents house in subdivision, small annoying dog that barks but doesn't bite.  

The desk disassembles into three smaller parts, the top and the two drawer sides. The desk pieces do not need full packing in boxes, just padding blankets. We can be flexible about packing and needing inside pickup, depending on the situation.

There is a wooden desk chair that matches the desk. The desk chair is wood with a flat seat, skinny legs and thin poles for a back. It's not heavy. I do not know the weights of any of my five items. The only one that should be heavy is the desk. The chairs are average upholstered chairs.

Teak desk & chair need to be carefully wrapped as fine wood furniture. Access for pick-up and delivery is extremely easy (garage to garage).  

As you can see, the hutch comes off for shipping if you choose. It is a small, light desk and chair. The 2 boxes will be very well packed to protect their contents. Desk & chair will need to be well-wrapped.

This complet load would require 80" X 15 ' X 7'. Loading dock for a quick load at each end with a hand truck. Bend Oregon is the prefered destination, but would consider Eugene, Salem or Portland for the right price. Value$6,500.  

Additional items: Wood-enclosed mirror (for top of dresser, probably 60" x 30" x 8", pads/blankets required for this item only), Wooden rocking chair (average size), Standard computer desk chair, and small end table (24" X 24" X 12") with built in lamp (currently detatched). Current dimensions are 100% estimated. I don't know how much any of these things weigh; I also don't have any way of getting the weight. I can get more accurate measurements later. Both items will also have to be adequated packaged or protected against any damage and insured by the winning shipper. I would prefer all items in one trip. If shipper calls right before arriving at destination, I can arrange for curbside pickup. (I will provide my cell phone.)
