3 section couch. Easily breaks down  

Very lightweight sling sofa. Pickup at a 1st floor retail space. Delivered to 1st floor home.  

 

It's located at a furniture store so easy load out.

Drop off has eight steps from parking pad directly into house. I would guess the dimensions of the headboard to be 4.5 feet tall and footboard to be 3.5 feet. Armoire has a glass door on one side. I think it is 5h x 4w x 1.75 d. The vanity table does have a mirror that is already detached.  

 

 

this is a circular driveway. the couch and chair is already wrapped, just need it loaded and shipped and unloaded.  

 

The parking lot is in the back of the building. Elevator access to get to top floor.

In the picture, that is the whole sofa. You can break that up in half just like the couch dimension description.

7 piece sectional couch. The largest piece is the middle / corner piece. There are 2 sections not pictured but the total is 7 pieces. Items will be available for loading at ground level.

Furniture will not be moved to another location. I simply need two pieces moved to different rooms in my house. One couch will go from the first level to the basement. The sleeper will go from the basement to a bedroom on the second level.
