This is a large couch that is in three parts, it is a sectional. The seller needs it picked up by September 1st it can be picked up as soon as tomorrow 8/25/24  

Call before you arrive - you can use a cart to take the couch to the elevator down to a truck  

Use the basement, call before delivery, fragile item  

The dining table seats 6 is glass and is heavy. The L shaped couch is leather. NO Bed, or mattress. probably about 10-12 small, misc items. the move is from a storage floor level to a 6th flr condo. Condo has elevator.  

 

Call at least two hours ahead of arrival  

IMPORTANT! Job includes moving furniture out of the house in Wrightown into a trailer that we will provide once you are in Wrightown. You will need to bring the furniture from Long Branch to Wrightstown in your own vehicle. We need the following loaded into our trailer once you are in Wrightstown. Everything that was picked up in Long Branch. 2 sofas, 1 TV, weight set, recliner, kitchen table with four chairs, glass coffee table, two outdoor chairs. Before you leave you will take with you (for the dump or you can keep) in your own vehicle: love seat, recliner and couch. Wrightstown is first floor. Long branch is second floor.

Please include white glove delivery and placement inside destination (Piedmont, CA). Destination is a residence with one level (story) of stairs. The couch (sofa bed) will need to be taken to an upstairs room on arrival.  

The uShip app is limited in options so here is misc furniture as pictured with an x in mark ups. Will take up 6 x 8 feet if couch is put vertical is my estimate. Only things marked in picture are going. Need mattresses placed in each bedroom and all else in living room upon arrival. This is less than a studio apt. No beds, no dressers, a few simple items and some boxes of linens and dishes . Need someone passing through soon with space on antruck  

This couch can very easily be dissembled into 9 parts which weigh between 35 and 60 lbs  

PICKING UP FROM FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT AND DROPPING OFF TO SINGLE FAMILY HOME. EASY PICK UP EASY DROP OFF. IBS ESTIMATED NOT SURE HOW HEAVY. MY BUDGET $200. I AM FLEXIBLE WITH DELIVERY OR PICK UP DATE
