REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3. Pick-up location (Rust & Feathers store) is open Wed-Sun, 10am-5pm. Carrier pick-up NOT available any Mon or Tues, since shop is closed those days. Delivery to front door (under covered porch) of residence. Please call day ahead of delivery. There is no rush on this item, just whenever carrier has need to fill in space on truck to CO. Thanks!  

 

Any weekday is best for delivery. A Saturday could work as well but NO Sunday’s. It's going to a doorman building in NYC so there's always someone at the door, but Sundays are a no-no for accepting delivery of furniture. Would be best if there are two people or some sort of dolly/handtruck since I cannot guarantee help upon arrival.  

 

Pick up from our shop in downtown Charleston. Second floor location (one flight of stairs), no elevator. Earlier morning pick ups are easier with parking, but we’re flexible. Shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 11AM-4PM, but can coordinate pick up outside of that timeframe as well. Delivery to a client’s home in KY.
