The pickup address is 1398 Davies Dr., BH 90210, up a hill on Cielo, and it's the last house on the left just before you reach the top of the hill @ Davies Dr. The garage for the house and pickup of the chairs will be open and you'll see the open garage door right before you reach the top of the hill. There is a big wide area at the intersection of Cielo and Davies at the top to make a U turn and I suggest you do that before loading up. Very little traffic up there. You'll park right in front of the open garages and it should go very smoothly. Thanks The buyer of the chairs is the pastor of a Catholic church in Denver, NC., a very pleasant fellow who is putting his trust in me to find a reasonably priced responsible delivery service. He's purchased the chairs himself for the church and has a vested interest in a successful delivery. That's what we all want. Thanks  

The customer will not be available Wednesday the 23rd. They prefer ASAP This is a high end leather sofa and power recliners. It will need to be protected/pad wrapped. Two people will be required for this delivery. Items will need to be brought into the home and set in place. Sofa is 250 lbs Chairs are 100 lbs each

PLease note these chairs are hand-caned and are very fragile. They will need to be blanket wrapped and possibly placed in a cardboard box for extra protection  

*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. *Items must be delivered by Nov 1st. To business open 7am to 6pm. Has to be delivered during business hours. Late delivery will result in pay deduction. -Pickup business hours are 11-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Pickup is box of chairs, table and bench that tucks fully under. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologies for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.  

The pickup location is a business. Our hours are 11 AM - 7 PM, M-F.

The chairs are located at an auction house and must be picked up during work hours M-F 9-5. Delivery is at a residence and could be anytime.  

Full body mirror, 65" TV, walking pad, wall art (3), desk, and chair, 1-2 medium sized boxes. Delivery date is flexible  

The item is a Jazzy 614HD power chair. It is fully operational. No need to lift the chair. Power chair can be uncovered during transport. No need for wrapping or padding.

All items are boxed /wrapped and stacked in garage. Also, not listed is 1 XL box with large cooler, several yard tools and a lawnmower rake, a small cooler and 6 folding chairs. The television is a 55 inch which is fixed up. Depending on time of pick up with advanced notice I can get loading help.
