Furniture is a large wood corner cabinet. Pickup from first floor of inside of single floor house with 1 step. Delivery to first floor of house that has 4 steps.  

 

PICKUP: Pickup from alley behind building. Enter alley from Cimarron Pkwy. DELIVER: Call customer 24 hrs. before delivery to setup appt.  

Decorative household cabinet that will need careful blanket wrapping to ensure all drawers and doors are secured. Approximate weight is 150 lbs. Delivery is very easy. Ground floor and very close to our driveway. Pickup and delivery dates are very flexible, just need a day's notice. Please do not ask if we have a budget in mind. We are in no rush to receive and therefore will wait for a bid that we feel is reasonable. Thank you!  

This modular wooden desk is made up of two pieces that "tetris" into a neat rectangle. I only estimated the weight. The desk will be moved from an apartment with an elevator, and some steps from lobby to sidewalk. At destination it will go up a stoop and one flight of stairs.

Delivery location driveway is somewhat narrow and turnaround space is limited. Box truck or 20ft or less trailer recommended.

My building is strict and needs to show an Insurance of COI for 1 million dollarpolicy in order to move any furniture in or out and only on Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and I need notice
