Enclosed environment  

Delivery is to a high rise condo with delivery hours between 8::30 and 5:00 M-F We have a service elevator accessed through our middle parking deck where all trucks and furniture deliveries happen. Ideally a COI would be available. If not, truck and shirts cannot indicate a business so we can describe this as a delivery from family friends. Pretty flexible on pickup and drop off days.  

Dresser is complete. Wall unit is disassembled and poles are 88", shelving is 36" x 15" D Total weight of 50 lbs. Both items will need to be blanket wrapped. Will also need a small armchair picked up from same client and delivered back to us in Costa Mesa, CA. We can discuss when booked.  

Curbside delivery with additional hands at load and unload.  

Pick up is a gound level garage. Pedestals are not attached to table top. China Cabinet is one piece. Inside delivery. Dimensions and weights are approximate.  

Customer can only receive the cabinet on Saturday the 20th  

** NOT available over WKNDS for pickup ** Will need 2-3 blankets and plastic wrap - I will help wrap and load, and customer will help on receiving end. Desktop can either be placed flat, or on it’s long front edge and strapped. I will provide foam under that front edge to protect from bumps and damage My unit Is in the front of the building .. turn in off the street and BEFORE the gate turn LEFT and it’s the first open bay on the right. You can easily back in.  

Upper shelves lift off lower cabinet. Small footprint, blanket wrap. Deliver to apartment. Blanket wrap is fine. Stackable. Questions? Just ask!  

 

Pickup at my business (flexible PU hrs) - deliver to my customers residence. I can help load at pickup. I can put it on a pallet if you prefer (have forklift for loading). Also, if drawers are taken out… it can be moved with a hand truck rather easily. Happy to answer questions. Thank you- Matt

Note: Business hours are from 10-4 pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and there is no guarantee we can meet you after weekends. There will be assistance on the loading side and potentially on the unloading side. Happy to answer any questions you may have. We ship multiple items a week, sometimes a day so there is a chance if you work well with us that we can offer you more consistent work.  

 

Cabinets need to stay dry.  

Piece can be picked up from a storage wuth elevator Aveda and a loading dock. Drop off location: piece must be transported across level ground from parking lot to entrance and brought into home. No stairs. Please note sides and doors have glass inserts.  

SCHEDULED PICK UP/SHIPPING WINDOW: Monday, April 15th - Friday, April 19th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS ONLY.  

It may be one very small box with misc. items and 43 inches led tv. No dishes or China that has already been shipped. All of the cabinets will be empty. The cabinet does have glass doors.  

Will be in a wooden crate. That is able to be stacked

Heavy cabinet, will need two people to move. Separates into two pieces for easier transportation. No stairs at pick up location, 2 stairs at delivery location. Dolly will help substantially.
