It is: ~91”h x 70.25l x 22”w At the pick up location, you will have warehouse workers to get it on your truck (it's a Habitat For Humanity warehouse). No stairs. At the drop off location, no stairs, you will have my help and you are delivering it directly to an at-level parking garage. I can help you get it off the truck and into position if it's already on dollies. But I won't be much use to you if I have to lift it.

the cabinet is ready for pick up we open 10 am to 6 pm everyday you can pick it up any time.  

This piece is broken down. 2 pcs measure 62 x 18 x 44 61 x 17 x 48 All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80", similar to those that you find at Harbor Freight. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $6 each. Glass shelves for curio cabinet and china cabinet. Blanket wrapped. Fragile. Should easily fit in any odd shaped space available. Dates are very flexible. When they get here, they get here. Residential pick up and delivery, but if you are a big truck, will meet you at near by highway exit or truck stop for delivery. No control over pick up. Make it easy on me, i'll make it easy for you.

Check out our other shipments heading east. **Please Read Carefully** -Pickup hours at our location are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. -You must have a dry, enclosed vehicle or trailer for transport. Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.  

No knickknacks...just the cabinet. The top back trim has been removed and is wrapped separately. The interior glass shelf is wrapped and in the cabinet. All glass has been taped. Moving from residence to residence. Weight is estimated at 100 lbs. It is not that heavy.
