Pickup Santa Barbara days must exclude Tuesday or Thursday for work; delivery to Sarasota dates flexible; request assistance to place felt bottoms on bottom lower case as home has wood floors. Pickup and delivery locations are single story - cabinet now stored in garage for ease of pickup. Delivery date range flexible - please advise on best options for optimized delivery  

Pickup from business with assistance but delivering to a residence . Piece requires 2 people for residence delivery. **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. If you deliver an item less than 24 hours from pickup without the customer’s approval, you will not be paid in full. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries. - IF ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER. (please note that all weights are estimated)

There are a total 26 steps of indoor stairs at the drop off location.  

I just need it brought to my house and dropped off on the front porch.  

We have a fork lift for loading a truck if needed to pick up. Dropping place is just facing street and no stairs.

Check out our other shipments heading west. **Please Read Carefully** -Pickup hours at our location are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. -You must have a dry, enclosed vehicle or trailer for transport. Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.  

 

Do not stack, Customer requires cabinet to be placed in the Diningroom, you will need 2 people to make the delivery

Item is a 2 piece unit. Bottom: 56 in wide 18in length and 29in height. Top (with glass doors): 56in wide 13in length and 42in height.  

It comes apart into two pieces for easier moving. Inside-delivery to a first-floor apartment that has a half flight of stairs to enter. We need it picked up before 11/13/19 as we are going to be away after that. Help available for loading and offloading. Thanks!

Weight is approximate. One step out of shop to first floor two steps up. This does not break apart in two pieces. Pick up can be between hours of 11-5 weekdays except for Sunday.
