first floor apartment furniture needs to go outside door to garbage area (noted as curb) very short distance from door- queen wood bed headboard and side rails needs to be dis-assembled with mattress & box spring; 2 dressers; 2 night stands; 1 couch (light weight); 1 dining table (light weight), 1 glass top computer desk and 1 glass top cabinet (town will haul away this trash from senior building Luftman Towers in Lincroft, NJ)

** READ DETAILS AND CONFIRM YOU CAN MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS ** Fully enclosed transport only. Must be licensed with adequate cargo insurance. Thick marble top removes from piece and must be handled with care- the top must be well wrapped with blankets and propped up during transport, NOT LAID FLAT. Small flight of stairs at delivery location (6 stairs). This is a straight path from the driveway into the basement via storm door (no turns). I can provide assistance unloading at the delivery location.

Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.

Mantle clock will be packaged, wrapped and boxed. Items can be blanket wrapped prior to pickup. PICKUP: ground floor level, any day or time. DELIVERY: ground floor level or possibly stairs, likely only after work hours or weekends.

Please wrap and insure items. We are hoping to have this delivered the either the second or third week of October, and are flexible. We will make sure to help you load it into your vehicle and we will make sure to help coordinate that the people on the receiving end help you unload it. YOU WILL NEED TWO PEOPLE TO PICK THIS ITEM UP. NO help is avail on the pickup. HEAVY but it is on wheels. In a basement at pickup, younwill have to carry it up stairs. . On delivery basement is accessible with no steps.
