No steps at pickup.. 1 step at delivery

This unit breaks down into 2 pieces, with the top being 51" high and the base being 28" high. We do not always have someone here who can help load. We have some flexibility with the listed dates for pick up and delivery. Our hours of operation are: Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern time, Saturday, 9am to 5pm Eastern time, and Sunday, 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Mondays.  

MUST BE KEPT UPRIGHT. There is a sewing machine inside the cabinet, and the chair is disassembled into a smaller box that fits underneath. I will shrinkwrap the piece prior to pickup to keep the drawers shut, because there is a small box of parts/accessories inside. This should be an easy shipment. It's small/easy to move but has to stay upright to keep the lid on top closed. pickup from business & deliver to residence.

Very fragile. Could be broken into two pieces, measuring 72"Wx19"Dx28"H & 72"Wx18"Dx47"H.  

comes apart into 5 seperate sections, overall measuresments when fully assembled arte 45 w by 34 d by 68 t- so when apart very manageable smaller sections. Needs blanket wrap and shrink wrapped most likely.

Check out our other shipments heading east. **Please Read Carefully** -Pickup hours at our location are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. -You must have a dry, enclosed vehicle or trailer for transport. Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.  

This piece does come apart so the height would be half of the 96”. Please give 8 hours advance notice of delivery. No deliveries after dark or on Sunday , please.

If able to call before you arrive, I can ensure there's space to load. The driveway is pretty steep so it's best to back in. The glass cabinet part is delicate but I'll ensure that it's been wrapped properly to avoid any problems.
