Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.

no stairs at pick up; easy ground floor access. 5 porch stairs at delivery.  

Call before arrival  

The cabinet will be emptied of all content before pickup. It is in a senior living apartment with elevator large enough to handle it and on 2nd floor. Admission to the building is secured, so I will have to let you in, so you will need to coordinate with me for the day/time of pick-up. You need two people to even get this on a dolly...DO NOT BID/SHOW UP SOLO as I cannot help lift/load due to bad back.

Needs to be collected from a garage and I need it delivered to UPSTAIRS room in Spring TX. Please NOTE I am not sure on weight. This is a very approximate number...could be higher or lower. total distance to travel is only 25 miles. I need it delivered carefully as its mostly glass. The shelves can be removed to reduce weight. It is without question fragile. This can only be picked up on weekends else before 8:30 AM on a weekday. Delivery can be same day anytime if you pre-arrange it with me. Thanks

PLEASE READ, before asking questions. This is a custom piece of furniture I am building for a customer, It will be ready for pickup on the 17th of November, and hope to have it delivered before Thanksgiving. The dimensions listed on this item are the total assembled dimensions. The unit will ship in 2 - 3 pieces. (the lower cabinet with the counter top attached, the upper cabinet with 3 glass doors, and the crown moulding cap).The lower cabinet's dimensions are 60L x 24W x 36H , the upper cabinet's dimensions are 60L x 16W x 68H. There will be 3 doors with glass panels. I will bubble wrap and shrink wrap all units. Thanks and safe travels!
