this item needs to be blanket wrapped underneath and top and then wrapped with tape or plastic wrap. There is a case of stairs at drop. you need two people.

Generally this shipment is of 1 large and heavy marble top Cabinets, and 1 heavy matching mirror.. The marble top of the cabinets is not attached and comes off. The items are delicate. The delivery address is a warehouse open Monday thru Friday 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. Kindly DOUBLE blanket wrap items carefully, these are delicate furniture pieces. Please do not rough handle. Only bid if you are: 1. 2 or 3 strong People Team, AS SHIPMENT IS HEAVY. 2. Have a MINIMUM OF 160 POSITIVE FEEDBACK. 3. Plan on completing the shipment. No help at pickup and delivery. ONLY BID IF YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOU CAN COMPLETE THE SHIPMENT. No need to call the recipient as the delivery address is a warehouse. But delivery needs to be between 9 to 3 Mon thru Friday.. WE REQUIRE USHIP W/B TO BE SIGNED OFF BY THE RECIPIENT AND FORWARDED TO US (You may Take a picture W/your Mobile & Email to us a legible copy) BEFORE PAYMENT CAN BE RELEASED. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT!

The top does come off so it will be easy to handle. I can help load. I have offered more than the average to ship so please do not ask me to pay more. Very greatful for you folks that do what you do. Thanks. Can be picked up day or night.  

the boxes are shown in picture - top of china cabinet is removable if moving in two pieces is preferred - moving computer desk and/or outside bar not mandatory if price gets lowered a separate request for moving items from same location to 78501 being submitted if you wish to do a bundle bid (two sofas and a washing machine) Went on the high end of recommended bids - flexible moving time between now and late January  

Shelf unit will be disassembled prior to pickup. There piece may be broken down into: -four (4) 77" tall standing legs -four (4) ~ 32" flat shelves -one (1) ~ 32" angled shelf -three (3) ~32" wide wooden cabinets (not sure on height) -one (1) ~32" wide glass-faced cabinet (not sure on height), that should come wrapped
