INSIDE DELIVERY. First floor. One piece china cabinet. Weights are approximate. Check out our other shipments heading west. **Please Read Carefully** -Pickup hours at our location are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. -You must have a dry, enclosed vehicle or trailer for transport. Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.

The walls is NOT included in the shipment. Only the modular cabinets. One has glass as you can see. They are in an elevator building, You will need certificate of insurance to pick up can only be done during M-F business hours. I would like it of you can pack it up for safe shipping, The unit is already taken off the walls.  

 

Must get Bol signed. Failure to do so will result in a two-week payment delay. Must contact buyer 24+ hours prior to delivery.  

Call prior to pick up and delivery to confirm time window. Need 2 people to handle this safely, I can help on pick up end but will need help on delivery end.  

Cabinet is packed in a wooden crate.  

Dumouchelle gallery is closed on Mondays. When delivering to my place you can use front or back, as long as it’s left on one of the porches I’m happy! My number is 4124007523. Gallery number is 313-963-6255  

Piece comes with: Pieces Included: 6 Teak Uprights 5 cabinet sections, 2 large, 3 small 1 desk insert 1 magazine rack 9 Large shelves 5 small shelves required hardware All are different sizes and the entire piece will be taken apart for easy delivery. There will be assistance on the loading side and potentially on the unloading side. Happy to answer any questions you may have. We ship multiple items a week, sometimes a day so there is a chance if you work well with us that we can offer you more consistent work.  

No stairs at delivery.  

This cabinet comes apart in two pieces- upper glass door part and bottom cabinet part. Bottom cabinet is 37" high Call ahead so I can meet you upon delivery  

Needs 2 people. Definitely needs to be wrapped in blankets to protect surface. ALREADY unassembled (into 3 cabinets, doors removed from center piece) in a garage and being delivered to a single story. Assembly at delivery is not necessary.

For pick up, they're not open on Mondays. They open Tuesday thru Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM except for Thursday which is 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM  

The weight is approximate as I'm unsure of how much it actually weighs. Two adults can easily lift it and move it so I'm assuming 200 lbs is overestimating its weight.
