the highest point of the cabinet is the hang over.. 43in high.. lower cabinet is 34in high. blanke wrapped, i also have another shippment going to MA.. if you wish to deliver both.  

 

The Cabinet is made of rosewood containing glass doors and contains precision electronics that must be protected during shipping. The driver will need to provide and install the materials necessary to protect the cabinet. The cabinet has an approximate value of $40,000

This is a 2 piece cabinet. Measurements shown are with the top section attached..  

AT PICKUP: Sideboard-Unit is in a climate-controlled self-storage room (already resting on 3 x Rubber Capped Dollies and ready to roll, at entrance point, just feet from your truck). You'll need a Liftgate, Ramp, or 2 people to load/unload. PACKAGING: All that is needed are a multitude of Blankets folded onto your cargo floor, to cushion the base of the cabinetry. Then double blanket-wrapping around the Sideboard and Hutch are required. I have masonite corners if you would like to use them, and I can and will personally ASSIST in Plastic-Wrapping (if you have your own plastic-wrap). AT DELIVERY: A Ranch-House, with a long narrow driveway (capabable of taking a 26' Box-Truck), there is a straight 20 - 30 foot walkway, from the edge of the driveway where your truck will park, and finally just 3-Steps up into the house. Two or Three Dollies are needed to roll up the walkway and into the home. Entry is through a single door, and placement of the Sideboard and Hutch, will be immediately to the left in the entrance room, just 15’ into the door. Hutch mounts to Sideboard Base via Gravity alone, onto wooden Dowel-Pins (already installed).  

The goal is to move extra boxes/bins from storage up north to storage down south. This can be a slow delivery over several weeks, if that helps to keep the price down. There will be approximately 16-22 boxes or plastic bins (1 bin is a plastic bin on wheels with a few drawers, most of them are standard size), a two drawer wood filing cabinet, a faux leather (soft trunk hollow inside, so pretty light), and possibly a single 5 drawer wood chest (more on the thin/single side, like college dorm size). I am not sure if there are any stories yet, where things will deliver. The current storage unit has a lift and the unit is pretty near the lift...there are also dollies there and you can park right next to the lift, so it should not take long to load the items. The drop off will be at a comparable place and may even be the same chain, so comparable accommodations regarding lifts and dollies.  

No stairs on pick up. At estate sale pick up Friday or Saturday any time 8-3. Or 21 by appointment. Other time by special arrangement. Delivery anytime. 3 stairs into house on bottom floor for delivery location.  

Cabinet easily disassembles w/o tools into 12 flat individual pieces which need to be blanket wrapped. Will fit into van flat.  

Must call 30 min prior to pick up. I am shipping this piece to a customer of mine. Must use covered transport. Must be blanket wrapped. No tape touching wood - I have had too many people put tape over wood and had damage result. Thank you!

Absolutely no pickup trucks (unless enclosed), or flatbed trailers. - You must have stretch wrap and blankets and other needed supplies to protect furniture pieces during transit. - Delivery must be made by or before the latest delivery date via the uship listing credentials. No exceptions. - Our customers will need to be contacted at least 48 hours in advance of delivery with an ETA for delivery arrival. - Our customers must be contacted if there is a delay in delivery for any reason. - We will need to send our customers a booking confirmation containing your contact phone number and email.
