Pick up is from a store with business hours. Weight is approximate.  

Pickup from business with assistance but delivering to a residence . Piece is heavy, Recommended 2 people at delivery . **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. If you deliver an item less than 24 hours from pickup without the customer’s approval, you will not be paid in full. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries. - IF ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO WORK TOGETHER  

The item is already safely boxed. Ready to go. The box will be labeled and placed on the front porch. I'd be happy to sign for it electronically as this household is practicing social distancing.

Vintage but sturdy. Ground floor outside pick up, help at drop off if needed. Flexible drop off time 9 am to 8 pm.

The pickup location is a business with a loading dock. The delivery address is a home with five steps leading to the front door. It will go in the first room to the left. The china cabinet is two-pieces, with glass panels on the upper part. Thank you very much!  

 

 

Pick up after 10:30 am. Pick up and delivery are both in residential subdivision locations. Neither are gaited communities. Semi trucks will have difficulty, moving style trucks will be fine. Shippers need to enter the pick up home, wrap the cabinet in blankets, and move it out of the home and on to the truck. 1st floor with one step. Upon delivery, shipper will need to unload and move the cabinet into the home. Delivery location is on 1st floor. No stairs. The cabinet is large and heavy, but it does have rolling wheels.  

1 large cabinet made up of 4 sections. The measurements listed are for 1 of the 4 cabinets. Weight of 1 cabinet is approx 95lbs. easy to move each section with a dolly. This antique hutch is one solid piece the shelves are fixed in place. This will need to be blanket wrapped really well for transport  

This piece is located at a warehouse that is open Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm. No weekend pickups.  

The Unit will be dismantled and bundled into 5 parcels.
