White glove delivery. Our furniture is heavy, two people and proper moving equipment required. Good communication with customer is essential. Pick up at business, deliver to residential. Additional freight going to CA & WA may be available at the time of pick up.  

The flat file unit consists of a 1)solid maple table top, 2)base with legs, 3) separate top board 4) drawer cabinet with 5 drawers. It will need to be taken up 2 flights of outside stairs to a 3rd floor apartment.  

Antique 2-piece cabinet, each piece is lightweight but will require a 2nd person to unload. The enamel countertop (red& white piece) can be removed to make the piece about 19" deep and take up less space in transit. We can help load at pickup and please reach out if you have questions. 3rd item just added. Wooden bowl in a pedestal that separates into 4 smaller sections. Pick up and delivery dates flexible. Two section Spanish cabinet which stack one on top of the other. Blanket wrap. text or call prior to arrival so I can meet you at the pick up site. Stored in a garage, easy access.

Particle wood/aluminum cabinet. And a metal frame piece that goes with it. Residential to Residential. Pick up and drop off at garage. No stairs -- Can be laid down on the side or back --

Two identical wood and glass china cabinets. Each cabinet is a single unit and cannot be separated into top and bottom pieces. However, sliding glass doors, glass shelves, and wooden shelves can be removed. The cabinets can be laid horizontally on their sides for transport, as there is no crown moulding so the sides are completely flat. Garage/driveway level pick up (no stairs). China cabinets are currently on dollies. Helpers available to assist with loading if needed. Delivery to buyer's house, up 4 steps through the front door and then a right turn into the dining room where they will be placed against the wall. No assistance loading available, as the buyers are elderly. Must bring help and/or equipment if needed. If glass doors and shelves are removed for transport, shipper will need to assist buyers to put them back in at delivery. Budget is $300 or best offer.  

No steps involved in pickup of items --- I can assist with loading (1 individual) Drop off metal file cabinets no steps involved main level home. China breakfront will need to go up approx 8 outside stairs and then 1 step up to front door.
