Mattress, box springs & rolled rug will be wrapped in plastic... coming out of 1st floor storage unit.  

Also included is a 78.5 x 118" rug, and a mattress and box spring for a double bed. Boxes will be packed. Will need assistance packing the larger items/ furniture. Once we connect I will schedule a 3 hour move-in window which will reserve the freight elevator in the building. Thank you.  

Mattress is memory foam. Box spring can divide in half to be stacked. Pick up and drop off are both on the second floor of a house and require one flights of stairs. There will not be help loading or unloading.  

pick up from apartment, bed can be taken down elevator to parking garage. Drop off at a house, straight in front door.  

The pickup date has to be in Miami on March 21st as that is my time slot to use the service elevator. I cannot stress that enough (missed out on it moving in). But for my new apartment in Dallas the delivery date can be much more flexible. I would love it to be roughly a week later but first couple days April can also work. Also the weight for my items is purely estimation on my part, I have never weighed my couch. The bed includes my mattress and box spring (Same size) as well as the bed frame and the headboard. The couch is a very large couch, but it is completely sectional and can be taken apart into much smaller pieces. The dresser is dimensions as listed above, again the weight was a complete guess and obviously it will be empty. Last I just have two TVs that I don't think will fit into my car but that is the easy part.

Bed frame will be completely disassembled into small pieces that stack easily. Bigger pieces will be headboard and dresser. No mattress or box springs included. No stairs at pickup and there will be assistance with loading. No stairs at drop off and there will be assistance with unloading. Thanks!

Hello. So, for this shipment, I have already left the apartment but the office is aware that someone will come and pick up the remaining items. I can give you the address and office contact once we confirm booking. It is on the third floor, with no elevator but the mattress and box spring are already in mattress bags, as well as the large desk chair. The rest are boxes and one small container. It should be a relatively straightforward move. Also, there are some items (roll-away TV stand, couple desk chairs, laundry baskets) that we left (not a part of the shipment) that you can feel free to take if you can use them, if not maintenance will dispose of them. I am DESPARATELY looking for someone to be able to pick this stuff up by December 21st as the apartment is paid up until then. I have already had one bad experience on here, let's not make it two.
