Please note that these are older high quality custom pieces. They are not very heavy because they break up into 4 pieces and each piece is fairly easy for just one person to carry. (I'm 62 don't work out and have no difficulty moving myself). The last picture is of a different but similar set that I previously shipped through U Ship. This shows how the pieces break apart making it easier to find room for. The set I am shipping has 4 individual cabinets the picture is only of 3. Each piece is approximately 15 X 11 x 34 These are barrister bookcases, the glass doors slide up and into the unit. When offering shipping services please note comfort and experience shipping fragile pieces. And any experience or note you have regarding it's safe transport and protection from sliding or having other items slide into it while traveling. Weight is an estimate. Also please clarify if you are insured and or if I should plan to order separate insurance.  

 

MUST BE DELIVERED BY NOVEMBER 16TH! Customer going out of town. No rush can book after he gets back, but I said I would try to see if anyone is going there asap. Driver must carry cargo insurance and assume liability from pick up to drop off. Take photos of item at drop off destination and receive signed BOL to have payment released.  

Only loveseat- not pillows- and bookcase comes into four separate shelves if needed  

 

 

Just bookcase on left (minus books), dates are flexible (and can be different than range mentioned), weight/dimensions are approximate but pretty accurate, call before you arrive to either location, ideally same day for pickup/delivery but can be flexible  

Table is 2'x4'x28", bookcase 55"x78"x12", 3 different armchairs roughly 36"tallx24"acrossx 20"deep. Six medium boxes is best guess. Table, mirror, one chair particularly fragile.  

Transportation care: 1. Please include your quote for wrapping up the bookcases with bubble paper or other durable material. The bookcases should be delivered to the warehouse with all wrapping remaining intact. 2. Please note the opening hour of the picking-up and recipient site (AM9:30-PM17:00 local time). 3. Please contact the contact person before both picking up and delivery. 4. The bookcases are really fragile and delicate. Please handle it with extra care.  

 

 

Blanket wrap prior to loading. The picture shows items inside, but the bookcase will of course be empty. There is (flat) glass in the doors. Please call to let me know pickup time. First floor residential pickup and delivery.  

No flights of stairs involved at pickup location. One flight of stairs at drop-off(for some items). We would like to get as many items as possible sent in the same trip but realize you may only have room for some of the pieces. The bookcase have glass panels/doors that will require extra care. The dresser is just the "base"(NOT the drawers). The weights listed are merely guesses on our part(we moved all of the items ourselves initially, so they can't be too heavy..). Not sure why the photos imported sideways. Let us know if you have any questions.
