Fragile, to be dropped off at a residence.

Must pick up from residential house (bookcases are on first floor up 10 stairs, armoire is on 2nd floor) and deliver to apartment on second floor up stairs. Recipient must be notified 24 hours in advance to take delivery.  

 

Call before arriving. Recommended call for directions since GPS is not always accurate at destination.  

Pick up is a residential address. Pick up needs to be coordinated with seller. Drop off is a business location with a freight elevator. Drop off location is by appointment.  

 

 

 

 

 

Will have to coordinate pickup with seller, the furniture is at a storage unit. I am estimating the weight, and the size of the bookcase breakfront.

49" dia table top and 2 pc base with 2 armed chairs and 4 side chairs; 2 3 shelf bookcases. Very open pick up and delivery, just NOT weekend of September 23.
