The hall tree is two built in two pieces. The bottom bench being one, and the top cubby piece being the other. They will be blanket wrapped prior to pick up.

In-home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Seeking low ship rate for this purchase to work. Three piece cement bench. Packed on a pallet. Retail establishment can forklift onto a truck. Alternatively two shipping people can place individual pieces on truck but each piece is heavy. Three pieces weight: 143 lbs / 142 lbs / 92 lbs. Pallet weight: 20 lbs. Approx total weight on pallet: 320 lbs. Receiver in Connecticut can assist removing from truck as each piece will require two people. Pick up location in Mississippi is Tues-Friday 9am - 5pm CDT and pick up date/ time must be coordinated. delivery in Connecticut is flexible. Item has not been purchased yet. Fragile.

Our store/warehouse is open on Fridays from 12noon to 6PM and Saturdays from 10AM to 5PM, but pickup can occur at anytime if we are given an hours advance notice of your arrival so that we can meet you in a timely manner. There is a loading dock and freight elevator for your convenience.
