upholstered bench needs blanket wrap for shipping . pick up at upholsterers in dallas and deliver to resident in bufford, south carolina home. do not place anything on the bench which woud cause "denting' to the upholstery. contact resident to set up a delivery date and window of time. gated community.

This listing is for TWO separate deliveries from the same pick up location. Both residential deliveries. Blanket wrap required, enclosed transport only. Delivery # 1 is the bench to 91316. This piece is fairly small and not heavy. Delivery # 2 is the coffee table to 92651. Coffee table base is separate. The top is fairly heavy and needs to be handled with care - it must be transported on its side strapped to the wall. It could potentially take two people to lift it on the base upon delivery. We are a business WITHOUT regular business hours so pickups and deliveries are by appointment only. We travel a lot but our normal business hours are M-Thurs from 12-4 pm (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY), but we are flexible as to days and times including weekends. Pickups and deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the day of pickup, AND then 60 minutes notice before actual pickup unless otherwise agreed. For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed (we've had shippers demand payment before the delivery was made). Dates are usually flexible. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms. We ship 100's of pieces every year and usually have other shipments going in the same direction so check with us to see if we have anything else going in your direction.  

Listing is for 4 deliveries to different homes in different cities. Driver needs 14 blankets to wrap these 5 pieces. Please note the warehouse will NOT release these pieces unless you bring 14 blankets. Flexible pickup.
