Slim and lightweight bed frame  

Please communicate approximate pick up/delivery expectations once known. Pick up hours 10 a.m - 6 p.m Delivery window daily should be from 8 a.m - 4 p.m  

Must blanket and stretch wrapped all upholstery before loading for photos. Call 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery to include assembly. 16 bolts. Ratchet wrench and instructions provided. Assembly time: 20 min. Great communication is appreciated  

Pickup and delivery days and times are flexible. NO Open Transport. Must be a good communicator. Help on both ends. Dimensions are for all pieces together.  

 

Please call before you arrive. There is one flight of stairs down to the basement at the pickup location, and an elevator (or one stairs up to the 2nd floor) at the drop off location. Note: the bed frame and headboard is NOT included. Just the mattress.

Must have an enclosed trailer or cargo van. NO truck bed shipments!  

To be picked up from a ground floor apartment, delivery to a ground floor apartment  

Aluminum boat t top lightweight already wrapped, can ride in bed of truck  

Other items: 3 pillow couch, tv stand and tv, 2 barstools, king size bed and bed frame, nightstand, small 3 piece patio set.  

 

Update— I asked my cousin to measure the rug, bed frame, and bench. Item dimensions have been updated accordingly. Weights are all still approximate * Weights are all approximate- I do not currently have access to these items to weigh them. Dimensions of rug, bed frame, and bench also approximate. Mattress is not part of the load. Large trucks will not be able to access the Chicago address. (moving companies need sideline trucks) It does have a loading dock and freight elevator. (Use alley in the back). Chicago owner is available October 7, 8th (after 11:30am) 14, 21 - 24. other times may be available - please ask. Springboro owner available October 14, 16 - 18, 22, 23, 25, 28 - 30. Again, other times may work, please ask.  

park in between the buildings(ill guide you) Its just a queen mattress and a wooden bed/box frame, You can put the frame on top of the bed, itll be fine, as long as there's a blanket underneath, it is stackable

Object is thin but bulky. Please call before arriving for pickup and delivery. Pickup has an elevator. Delivery needs to be taken up one flight of residential stairs.
