This is a facebook marketplace purchase. Please contact April on arrival to release payment to DrAkeria. The base portion will have to be taken off to fit through the door. Neither location will have anyone there to help unload.  

 

Ready Now - Rustic Queen Bed and Chest. Pickup is Monday-Saturday 10-5. Delivery is M-F after 5:00 pm or anytime on weekends. No Open Transport. Must be a good communicator. Help on both ends. Please make sure you have room for the headboard to ride vertically ...need 68 inches or higher interior clearance. Can not ride horizontally or at an angle.  

Weight and Dimensions are an estimate. I am attaching a photo of the bed put together. It will be broken down into 2 side rails, a headboard and footboard, a bag of parts, and a bundle of slats. Also there is a wooden canopy that is very light weight and fragile. Will require a bit of extra care.  

Must be fully blanket wrapped and transported in an enclosed space (no flat beds). Pickup times vary during the week but anytime on the weekends. Contact me for pickup times during the week. Thx  

PLEASE READ: All items must be fully blanket and stretch wrapped prior to loading for photos. This delivery is for (2) separate items going to (2) separate addresses that are 12 miles apart for the same customer. Customer is an Interior Designer and will need delivery before 8/15 on the same day for both items. Delivery is to include White Glove Delivery with assembly Headboards assemble on site with included bolts and instructions. Assembly time should be about 30 minutes for the bedframe with the headboard(14 bolts). The 2nd headboard should take about 15 minutes to assemble (8 bolts). Both beds also have a french cleat wall bracket that will require a drill to install on the wall. Instructions already also included for the wall bracket. 1/2" ratchet wrench provided for easy assembly. I will help load. 5 Star (or almost 5 star) well reviewed carriers will be considered.

The bed and dresser will need to come down from a loft. COI is needed for the building pickup.  

Early morning best as there for curbside parking 250 ' from apartment building entrance. 2 sets of stairs to deliver. Mattress will be in mattress bag. Bed pieces will be taped and ready to be wrapped.  

Bed has been disassembled and mirror has been removed from bureau. All items are on the ground floor of the garage and can be easily loaded onto a truck.

The bed is disassembled and the mattress is in a blue moving cover. No other items shown in the picture will be moving aka lamps and miscellaneous items  

Pick-up in Santa Fe, NM: Would need the sofa wrapped up and loaded into the truck to avoid damage to the furniture. The pick up location is single story house (no stairs) and would not require a far walk to the truck. The art pieces are framed and packaged for shipment. The frames are approx. 20inx20in (not large or heavy, but fragile). Residents of the property are elderly and wont be able to help lift the couch. Delivery in Austin, TX: If possible, sofa bed would be delivered to unit located on 5th floor. There are two elevators on property and would only require a furniture cart/dolly to move it aside from getting the piece in/out from elevators and doorways. If no delivery to unit is available, please indicate so further arrangements can be made. Thank you!  

 

 

There is a building elevator to get to the 4th floor. The bed frame breaks into four main pieces.  

The Murphy bed base must be disassembled to be removed from the apartment and down the stairs. It does not need to be reassembled at drop off. One flight of stairs at pickup and one flight of stairs at drop off.  

Just needing to have three items picked up from this apartment and returned to my place in Austin. A computer cabinet, a full bed and box spring, and a large stop sign that's been painted on. All of these items are to be delivered to a one-story facility. No stairs after pickup! Thanks!
