Decorative Center Houston to our home in Austin- bed will need to be disassembled in Houston before wrapping for transport- nightstands will just need wrapping - items are cream colored , so cleanliness and good wrapping are important.  

Please include white glove delivery and placement inside destination (Piedmont, CA). Destination is a residence with one level (story) of stairs. The couch (sofa bed) will need to be taken to an upstairs room on arrival.  

The uShip app is limited in options so here is misc furniture as pictured with an x in mark ups. Will take up 6 x 8 feet if couch is put vertical is my estimate. Only things marked in picture are going. Need mattresses placed in each bedroom and all else in living room upon arrival. This is less than a studio apt. No beds, no dressers, a few simple items and some boxes of linens and dishes . Need someone passing through soon with space on antruck  

I will provide the image of the stairs to the room where the bed is. please assemble the bed. tools are in the box, The items are packed well, I believe that Gaby the homeowner would be assist in assembly. Items are very decorated so it is packed up well for you. Need a short delivery time after pick up.

Should be transported upright OR without a lot of weight on top of it if laying flat.  

 

 

Must be blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped  

All loose pieces will be wrapped / boxed / sealed. Disassembled Ikea bed frame with 4 storage drawers (no mattress). So boxes, blue bags, the vacuum, and the bed frame with drawers.  

 

All weights are estimated. The mattress will be packed in a mattress protector and doesn’t usually stand up on its own when leaned against something (droopy). The box spring cannot be folded down but will be in a protector as well. The bed frame will be disassembled and packed for shipping. I will bring all of this down to the first floor of the apartment. The street is small but I don't think this should take very long to put in your vehicle. Very flexible about the delivery date, just need it all to arrive safely and without damages. These beds will be taken apart. There will be 4 headboards, 4 platform bed frames and 12 sides rails.  

 

Pick-up and delivery must be during normal business hours. The headboard and platform are 2 pieces and will need to be assembled when delivered. Thx.  

Bed frame dimensions are for fully assembled. Can be disassembled.  

 

1 twin bed, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bookshelf, 2 side tables, a glider rocker & foot rest, 15 - 27 gallon tubs (could be more tubs, but not sure). Measures 10x3x80.  

 

Items are really 1 dresser and 1 bed frame (NO mattress) but it comes apart into headboard, footboard and side rails with planks.  

You will be picking Up the Bed From The Good Creek Storage Facility and bringing To My Residence in Texas. The bed is asleep number bed with a mattress along with a metal frame underneath
