I live in mt. Adams, cincinnatti, in a 2nd floor apt right off the street. In and out of the apartment is fairly easy. There are 3 doors you have to go through to get to my floor, which can be propped up open.. The sofa listed is actually a large bean bag chair (picture). I will be taking most of the electronics seen in the pictures myself (tv, stereo, computer, printer, etc). One additional item I have that is not listed is a bed frame for my mattress.  

 

I have a 10 x 10 storage unit with misc items that I could not fit into my moving truck. The unit is 1/2 full and the rest is in a garage 4 miles from storage unit. Everything would fit easily in a 10x10 storage unit. Items included is a tv stand, boxes, kid toys, large bean bag chair, rocking chair,etc...

This is a studio apartment, ground floor that needs no elevators, but requires the truck to park just outside the building's parking garage entrance on a side street. The garage entrance is limited to 7'. This is standard practice for the apartment building. We will have boxes packed and can help load, but need to know if you supply hand trucks or dollies, packing or moving blankets/furniture pads and can assist with wrapping/affixing those to furniture items that can't be boxed. This is a studio apartment and no appliances, bedroom furniture (other than a tatami mat which I listed as an "oriental screen" and no LR furniture other than the large bean bag chair, TV, TV console, gaming computer, standing desk and 2 stools - all listed. There is a folding massage therapy chair, folding massage table and backpack which I couldn't find a place to list. No wall art. Listed furniture is the kitchen table with 4 chairs, and the patio chairs and side table as pictured. Kitchen box number is a "guesstimate". Move pickup date is Thursday, March 28, 2024.
