Picture is a previous larger build but the two bar carts will form a large corner unit once in place. Two Fire Pit Covers go with this as well, but can fit inside for shipping purposes.  

This piece is crated and is going to a facility that is open Monday through Friday 8 am to 3pm  

MUST be able to wrap chairs in plastic and blankets to prevent scratching  

Must be enclosed bar folds flat  

Bar set ready for pick up. MAIN BAR - 48"L x 21"D x 39"H SIDE CABINET - 48"Hx12"Dx18"W BEVERAGE FRIDGE - 20"L x 20"W x32"H (Fridge will not be installed in the bar, it will be sent along in its own box). Help loading and unloading on both ends. Small cabinet can be easily placed on top the large cabinet. Does not have to be picked up or delivered during business hours. Everything will be shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped for protection.  

Please note: this is for bar cart, 4 chairs, and 2 ottomans. Furniture itself is lightweight. There is glass in bar cart. A few cushions will be added as well. Can be picked up anytime between today and Wednesday.

Beverage fridge will not be installed in the bar, however it will be sent along with it in its own separate box (roughly 20" x 19"D x 32"H). Everything will be shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped for additional protection.  

I also have another dresser (5th item) going to a different address in Dallas. It’s on a separate UShip offer. I’d prefer both orders go with the same carrier. Ask for details please. This is being delivered to a new empty retail store near the Fort Worth stockyards it has double doors no stairs, there may be men working there to help unload but I can’t say for sure who will be there when you arrive. The store has parking lot in back of store. Owner can’t confirm if there is a back door. The pick up is easy drive right to the front door no stairs. You will need two men to load and unload these pieces. No exceptions. The bar is a wrap around L shape 32” on long side and the small side is 53” wide. All pieces must be blanket wrapped. We can provide large thick pieces of styrofoam to put in between. No sliding or dragging pieces. Will most likely need hydraulic lift to load but we can assist with our Bob cat fork lift. Must be delivered by May 19th for grand opening. Please don’t accept offer if unsure about arriving on time. Owner must confirm with me every thing arrived undamaged before payment is released. Bring lots of Blankets. Thanks.
