Call before you arrive. IMPORTANT: must be delivered between July 29- August 3!  

PICK UP - Dallas Design District M-F 8:00-3:00 by appointment. DELIVERY - Residence.  

 

I also have 4 bar stools in Savannah that need to be picked up.  

 

1 person will be available to help load. Weight is approximate. Lift gate or ramp is likely needed for a box truck if only 2 people to load, dolly available to help wheel. This will need to be shipped in enclosed truck\trailer protected from outside elements. Unit is located at a first level storage unit, 7A at StorPlace. Storage facility cannot accommodate a semi inside but could park on street and dolly item to vehicle.  

Our shop hours for pick up are Tues-Fri 10-5 and Sat 11-4

base will be ready and disassembled into 4 pieces: the two ends (25x24x3) 45lbs, and the two bars (58x1x1) 15lbs

Please call before you arrive for pick up and delivery. Additionally these are barstools with caned seats. Please do not stack anything on top of them as the seats may rip.  

Must have an enclosed truck / trailer. Fragile, extreme care needed. No scratches, dings or dents, must be handled carefully. Will ship flat and include a top, and steel legs. Must be professional with the customer.  

 

 

Pickup can not be before 7/10. We are a business WITHOUT regular business hours so pickups and deliveries are by appointment only. We travel a lot but our normal business hours are M-Thurs from 12-4pm, but we are flexible as to days and times including weekends. Pickups and deliveries must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, AND then 60 minutes notice before actual pickup unless otherwise agreed. For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed (we've had shippers demand payment before the delivery was made). Dates are usually flexible. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms. We ship 100's of pieces every year and usually have other shipments going in the same direction so check with us to see if we have anything else going in your direction.  

This wooden bar breaks down to 20 total pieces. Will need a larger truck to deliver, not a Van  

Glass sliding doors, caution when handling.  

Wine bar will be shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped prior to your arrival. Help loading and unloading on both ends. Pick up and delivery dates are flexible. Wine fridge will be sent along in a separate box for protection and to also keep the weight down on the bar. Wine fridge box is 20" wide x 20" deep x 33" tall. Wine bar must remain upright. Easy Pick up first floor of our shop . One step down in shop and ramp at front of store. Please don't bid if you cant do these specific dates. We are a shop and this is an ETSY sale which has to be delivered on time or we get downgraded and don't get paid. Signed BOL required by buyer and buyer has to be home to receive and moved inside of house..
