PICK UP BY JUNE 17th REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. Hi, the seller will not help, or package the item. Shipping company has to wrap, box and ship the item. No help from the seller.  

 

Call before arrival. Item is extremely heavy. Will need two people and a pick up truck or moving truck

The upper part of the armoire is between 250 to 300 pounds. It will need at least 3 men to handle it safely.  

 

 

 

Call at least 2hr before arrival. Item is on and attached to a 8'x4' pallet. Lifting device at pickup.  

Fragile, The armoire is wide and heavy, if you have a tow trailer/ U- Haul type or something that transport the furniture without damage. Please feel free to inquire, Thanks  

 

 

Stretch wrapped already. Will need furniture dolly for load & unload. No stairs. Ground floor at both locations.  

Pickup is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm; Note: both Armoire & Bed are already disassembled for easy transport.  

 

 

This piece is an antique and will need blanket wrapping and securing with straps. Help moving is not guaranteed at pick up site. I wouldn't count on it. Possible help available at unloading site.  

Delivery is near the Dickenson Narrows district in Philly. Limited parking, but recipient can save a space in front of building prior to arrival. This needs two people for delivery. Recipient will not have help at delivery. The bigger white colored armoire must be delivered up to the second floor. Smaller brown colored armoire will be delivered to the ground floor. Armoires will be wrapped with stretch wrap and cardboard for transit. Will need additional blanket wrap. Business pickup Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10-5. Sunday 12-4, and closed Tuesdays. There will be help at pickup for loading.

Recipient is unable to accept deliveries on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.  

Needs to be handled carefully. Blanket wrap or better please. Table can easily be removed from 2 pedestal bases to save space. See pictures. There are 6 side dining chairs and 2 elbow chairs for a total of 8. The picture of the Buffet is upside down and the picture of the Armoire is turned sideways - could not get them to load properly. Need items picked up in a week or two. No rush to get items delivered to Michigan.
