This is a painted, solid wood armoire ordered from a customer on Etsy. It is not packaged yet as I just received the order and wanted to begin with the shipping process. It will be packed in cardboard and appropriate interior wrapping, but it still must be handled carefully. Interior wooden shelves will be individually wrapped/packed.

Once booking is completed, contact information will be shared privately between both parties]  

Shipment has small amount of stairs, no elevator. Someone is available to help load and unload  

this will be located outside on a front porch at pick up. At delivery, I want it brought up one small flight of stairs.  

Pick-up location is 5th floor, elevator, large open lobby ( straight open pathway to elevator). About 7 wide front steps into the building.  Drop-off location is a free standing house with driveway close to entrances. There are 2 small steps to enter the home. It is a ranch style , single level home ( no stairs inside ).  Mirrored Ikea armoire will likely need to be disassembled + reassembled. Sofa will already be disassembled.  Bedroom is up loft stairs ( proper staircase not a ladder ) : Mattress, boxspring- are moved to curb. 2 nightstands and headboard are the only other things up there to move.   Extra misc items:2 - 5x8 rugs 4 - 12ft 2x4 planks of wood ( from disassembled bookshelf )1 - 6 ft tall plant All furniture will need to be wrapped in clean, smoke-free moving blankets.

This armoire is made of wood and glass panels so it will need wrapped and transported with care. Also, the business it is being picked up from has business hours of 10am-3pm M-Sat and closed on Sunday
