This armoire can be shipped assembled in 1 piece or disassembled in 2 pieces with heights of 23.5 and 52.5 inches. At the pickup location, the armoire is on the first floor and close to the door. It is currently in 2 pieces.  

 

 

 

Needs 2 people to load and deliver. Not a one guy job. Antique.

Business pickup Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10-5. Sunday 12-4, and closed Tuesdays. There will be help at pickup for loading. No help at delivery, but item could be handled solo with a hand truck. Delivery location is a high rise in Chicago, and there is a loading area behind the building with a freight elevator. Item must be brought up to the unit. No weekend deliveries.  

Residence to residence, will need lift gate or ramp

This is an order for a client and antique, so take special care please! Needs blanket wrapping and strapping into place.  

You must call seller to set up pickup date and time before scheduling; same with the buyer about scheduling the delivery date and time. All deliveries must be made Monday - Saturday 9:30AM-4PM ; Sunday is forbidden. The condo is very strict. Rather than going to the street address, condo must be accessed via the parking garage. Entrance to parking garage is on Spruce Street between 2nd and 3rd. When you're driving, on the right-hand side, you'll see a ramp leading downwards and a sign that says something like PRIVATE PARKING SOCIETY HILL TOWERS ONLY. That is the garage entrance. Drive down the ramp and tell them you're there to make a delivery to the West Tower, Apt. 7A. They will show you where to park and take you to the freight elevator. When you're in the elevator, please call the buyer to let her know you're there and coming up.  

 

It’s already wrapped and strapped to a pallet that is 48”x40”. The armoire itself is slightly smaller dimensions.

Drop off has eight steps from parking pad directly into house. I would guess the dimensions of the headboard to be 4.5 feet tall and footboard to be 3.5 feet. Armoire has a glass door on one side. I think it is 5h x 4w x 1.75 d. The vanity table does have a mirror that is already detached.
