The bedroom set goes up two stairs from the outside. Up a slightly winding stair case to the second level. See images. Everything is packed by us. There is some time unpacking. The queen bed has metal rails. It will be a quick set up and the tools are in the metal rail box. The two piece armoire might have some way to secure it together. Everything is white, and very ornately decorated.  

You will need a pick up truck or box truck  

It's in a storage unit at the moment.  

$700 for white glove delivery including bringing the armoire into buyers home. There are a couple steps leading up to the front door and no stairs inside. You will need 1-2 extra people to carry it. I can help you load. Pickup at storage unit. Ready to go ASAP.

2 armoires can be disassembled. Each armoire is two pieces. Please blanket wrap. Pick up: one armoire is on second floor. One armoire ground floor. 5 steps to enter the house. Delivery: both armoire up two flights of steps . 3 steps to enter house  

 

This is an easy move, first floor house to first floor apartment, no steps. Shelves and hardware have been removed for ease of transport.

I didnt add the painting as it's own item as i didn't think it was really considered a furniture piece. You can even put the painting inside the armoire! its only 21x24" in size.
