This piece is heading to a single family home. Once delivered, it will need to be taken up a single flight of stairs (no turns or landings).  

It’s wrapped up and ready for transit. Will have help loading into vehicle.. drop off front door or garage only. No going inside home when delivering. Thank you  

 

Friend is holding armoire in his pickup truck while working in NC at the Fairfield Inn & Suites 5181 Southport-Supply Rd SE, Southport, NC 28461.  

This listing is for an armoire, it’s two separate pieces of which the dimensions are listed above, it’s made of wood, but not sure of the weight yet it’s definitely a team lift. I’ll assist with unloading, but will have to check on the receiving end to see if assistance is available. The dates are somewhat flexible; yet, 1st available pickup date is afternoon on the 28th. Just need this delivered in same condition as when picked up. Thanks and happy bidding!  

Use the alley for parking and freight elevator through the garage. Fragile- the inside shelves and drawers are removable, so also need to be wrapped in the packing.  

 

 

We bought this armoire at auction and it we need to have it delivered. The delivery location does have a loading and employees that can help unload the piece

Items are in a storage location with drive up to door for loading. Ground floor outside  

King Headboard (80") Armoir (65" tall), two nightstands, large ceramic pot  

Please call when you are 30-60 minutes out--if possible. The piece should fit through the front door, however I would need to know the width after packaging. If it fits through the front, there are two or three steps up the porch, then straight into the living room. If we use the front door, you will pull up on West Blvd. I am on the East side of the road heading North. If the piece does not fit through the front door, we will have to use the back door going into the kitchen. I would just have to know the overall measurement after the item is packaged.
