Pick up location has a long driveway with pretty good room to turn around. Pick up location will need wheels or manpower for the couch and chair (no stairs), but it is located around the back along a concrete path with sufficient width. China cabinet is in garage right next to loading. Glass shelves must be removed and packed separately. The desk pictured is similar, but not the actual desk. It is a very lightweight, white, all wood desk. Delivery location has one flight of straight stairs with no turns. Delivery is right next to stairs. Descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please also move an armoire from downstairs to upstairs as part of the bid, but it will not be going in the trailer. The armoire is also able to be moved along a concrete path with no stairs.

Item will either be in driveway or under covered porch depending on weather. I can be there to help load if needed, we would just need to coordinate times. This does break down into 5 separate pieces; a top, bottom, 2 side cabinets and the middle cabinet are all separate  

Its all flat pack in pieces, we can load you its a business, no need to set up other end  

All items are blanket and plastic wrapped before pickup. Please have blankets to trade out for those used. We use professional moving blankets. They are 72" x 80", similar to those that you find at Harbor Freight. If you don't have blankets you are welcome to buy ours for $8 each. We are always happy to help load. Shop pickup at front door, no stairs  

Armoire would need 2 men to pick up and load and to unload at destination and take upstairs. Also must be in an enclosed truck or trailer…  

Armoire breaks down into several pieces. 3 mirrored doors that will be wrapped. Blankets and pads need to be available for transport. Must have delivered by 14th.
