Grandma passed away. Just trying to move a typical armoire, a vanity, a Queen headboard / footboard, and 1 box. Very sentimental to me. If more info is desire, I can try to get pictures or more specifics from my Grandpa, but he isn't functioning very well at the moment. These measurements are essentially typical, what you'd expect size / weight for an armoire, vanity, Queen size headboard / footboard. I can ask him for very specific measurements if it's required.  

Driver must carry cargo insurance.  

Pick-up hours 9:00am - 6:00pm  

 

 

IMPORTANT: ITEMS CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP WEDNESDAY THRU SUNDAY 11AM - 4 PM. The items below are located in 3 stores, in retail districts in St Petersburg. Full inventory for pick-up: 2 chests of drawers 32" x 30" x 18; 2 Dressers same size as the listing and pic; 1 tall chest armoire 33" wide x 18 deep x 64" high; 2 tall companion armoires 24: wide x 18" deep x 64" high; 8 chrome/leather dining arm chairs - 30 x 18 x 18, one arm chair. Total 16 items. Please review this list carefully. All shipments from 1st floor storefronts. Delivery to resale store 1st floor.  

 

 

Item MUST be pickedup on or before 13th or early 14th May and delivery is inside so would require 2 people for because of size. Help available at pickup point.  

NOTES: This is a two piece armoire. The bottom piece is about 2 feet tall, and the top piece is about 4 feet tall. The is made of solid Oak wood and therefore a little heavy. NOTE: This will need to be delivered by someone who is willing to deliver inside the home in the desired room and set-up. As such, this will require two people. There will be no help at delivery. There are no stairs inside the home, but a few steps up into the home. Please message me with ANY questions. Thanks! I look forward to working with you!  

Easy load and unload locations  

 

 

Shipper will need to move the Armoire from inside the house into your trailer and deliver into the destination home on first floor. Ship only in a completely enclosed trailer or truck. Thank you.  

Pick up and drop off dates are flexible but would like to get it there as soon as possible. It is in the garage which you will be able to get to using the dead end, side street called RUTH AVE. Its relatively open street big enough for a large truck to pass through and possibly even turn around if you're comfortable with that. You can also park on Orchard St to load it on, not that far of a walk. I will be able to assist you and possibly one other person if needed. It is heavy (guessed a high 230 but could be less) but I was able to move it with the help of just one other person. Flat roads all around. I will have it wrapped beforehand. There is space for a dolly to slide underneath and I can provide one to load if you don't have one. Going to a home with enough space to park and unload but not sure of the street situation.

You will need a helper I’m unable to pick up the heavy furniture. This move is majority in-house, moving office furniture that’s downstairs to upstairs. Moving furniture in the bedroom upstairs to downstairs into the office. One tall armoire will need to be transported from 282152-28105 16miles down I 485. Everything else is an in-house move furniture swap. See photos.  

 

 

 

We are closed on weekends, MUST BE PICKED UP WEEKDAY 9-530 furniture pads are a must.
