The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider missed their original pickup date, they did not notify us that they would miss it until an hour before closing. This was after we communicated with them all day. They said they would be here the following morning, which then switched to the afternoon. I no longer need my item(s) shipped Sadly our customer has made changes to this piece. We cannot meet the deadline with these changes and will not have items to ship as they are moving their finish date till April. We hope to post other shipments that work for this carrier in the future.
