Worked with us even with communication issues on the receiving end which was not his fault. But he made it work and was very flexible.

As a business I would not use this carrier again. Pickup was delayed. Then stated he would be there first thin in the morning. Was not there till noon. Delivered after 1am which we w business I was not thrilled about. Ask for us to stay awake so payment could be released which we did not do. Needs to work on time estimates. Maybe great for someone who’s not trying to please customers but very hard for a business to work with. Response from VJBigDawg: Number one pick up delay was out of both of our hands. I keep in contact with the receiving customer so he was aware of everything and it was not after 1am because it’s two different time zones. It’s always the little small businesses that’s paying low quotes ready to leave bad reviews but don’t think about how the driver is driving a straight 10 hour drive 600+ Miles to deliver their shipment. The customer was appreciative and was aware of the time of arrival and of the traffic delays.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I wish that carriers understood how much cancellations effect our business. While these carriers had equipment issues this is an excuse we get constantly and it is always the day of pickup. We are a review driven business as well and cancellations effect our reviews. It amazes me that a cancellation is a solution. There is no effort to continue to work with the business, no discount or help offered, it just does not seem like good business practice. Sadly Uship has allowed this trend.

We list instructions in our listing and confirm they can be followed before accepting. Either these instructions were not relayed to the driver or not followed. Driver showed up 10 minutes before closing. Driver was clueless of hours. Was not ready and had to wait to load since he was alone. At delivery customer was very confused as instructions for payment were not followed. They did take good care of items, We ship a lot, when instructions are not followed it creates more work for us.
