The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Beyond disappointed with this carrier. We asked several questions before booking to try to make sure he could take the product. I would be very wary of his high cancellation rate. It seems like a a trending issue on his account. Emails back and forth also were not very professional and did not make much sense. It took multiple emails just to figure out what he was even referring too.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier originally contacted us to pickup outside of business hours a week ago. When we could not meet that request we were delayed a week for pickup. This was said to be vehicle issues. Carrier has now contacted us again stating he would be late and would be outside of business hours. At this point we are concerned that these same issues may arise on delivery end and feel safer canceling shipment.

We do wish our business hours were respected. After posting them in our instructions, confirming with a question, and a text reminder. Carrier picked up three hours after closing. This is a constant issue with uShip carriers and it does get frustrating. That being said carrier was extremely nice and communicated well. I would hesitate to use this carrier for businesses. The carrier also only communicates by email. When calling the number listed it is not picked up and voicemail is full making resolutions tough.
