In past this carrier has not informed us of damages and tried to repair on the road. The repairs were very poor and tried to pass them off to customers without their knowledge. Cost us a lot of time and money.

This was a tough experience but items did make it safely. We did have issues getting in touch with the company after pickup. All and all it did work out. I would use again if communication improved.

As a business I would not use carrier again. Original drop off was suppose to be 1-30 was delivered 2-12. No communication with shipper unless we reached out. Receiving end was extremely patient. Said commination was okay but not great. If customer was not so great this situation could have became ugly. We understand delays but these were huge delays and commutation with shipping company was very poor by our standards. Response from Tac2075: Going on 7 years with uship this is the first time that the seller was upset because I stayed in contact with the buyer and not him smh also as soon as I booked this job my aunt passed with delayed me from picking up the item for 4 days so he knew this I was still ok with this and didn't cancel.Second thing in my profile terms and conditions I have that I can delay or cancel shipment if there is bad weather or calling for bad weather which happened twice buyer was informed each time
