Extremely displeased by service. Larry lacked communication with our receiving end customer which in turn cost us money to make her happy. Carrier did not read any instructions listed in the listing. We received no POD or BOL at delivery. Pickup dates were changed three times. We had to reach out for all updates. At receiving end carrier did not provide phone call that delivery date was changing. Base was knocked loose during shipment likely because it changed Uhauls.
