A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Called customer to let them you unable to be pickup within time frame due to another customer canceling. Customer stated he could not adjust time and stated he would write negative feedback. I'm not in the business of being threaten by customers. So I had to hand up. I only call out of common courtesey and was then threaten.
