I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. this is not in the computer for me to pick up after numerous emails stating qhen I would be here to pick up

They accepted a quote for same day pickup after the pickup location was closed. They agreed to PAY additional fee for holding the truck, and never paid it. Rhet asked for card information, banking information, and even claimed they would mail a check. None of which never happened. Its been several months. They knew what they were doing when they agreed to the fees and never planned on paying. These type of dishonest businesses need to be banned from Uship.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipment somehow isn’t thru uShip but thru deliveright.com I don’t know how to use it but after speaking to deliveright I wouldn’t use it for any amount of money and I’m requesting a cancellation

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Kym/Dan insisted that delivery fee should be higher than was previously agreed because pickup is from a business and what was indicated in Uship portal is "Home Business". There was never an option for us to update this part and we have always listed bookings in Uship with the same process. Kym/Dan wasn't even in North Carolina yet to make the pickup. He said he was still in TN and yet he insisted this order was holding up his delivery.
