The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Lack of information. Roland shipping arrived , was informed an employee would be waiting, after excessive hold times, issue was still not resolved. No dock number, warehouse was closed but Roland shipping was informed an employee was waiting.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Yes the agreement was to pick up shipment on June 5th which is a Saturday and now they are telling me we only open on weekdays Monday thru Friday so this is not my fault
